The program is open to young African leaders who meet the following criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      <\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Age range: 18-35 years<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Must be a citizen of Angola, Botswana, Comoros, Lesotho, Malawi, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia, or Zimbabwe<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proficient in the English language<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Demonstrated commitment to making a positive impact in their communities, countries, and the African continent<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proven experience and a solid track record in Public Management, Business, Entrepreneurship, or Civic Leadership<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Willingness to participate in a seven-week virtual program\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • Individuals that represent and advocate for the rights of LGBTQIA+ communities across the region<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
