The program offers seven weeks of intense online training in Business and Entrepreneurship Development, Civic Leadership, Public Management and Governance, Education, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), and Energy. Following the training, participants will have access to various opportunities, including: Grant Funding, Networking, Collaboration, Tools, and Resources.

RLC-SA alumni are aged between 18 and 35 and come from 14 different countries across the Southern African Region, including Angola, Botswana, Comoros, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
